For this year we plan to do some more room updates to ensure the qualitiy of our hotel. The QEII Foundation raises funds for the benefit of the QEII Health Sciences Centre to support patient care, research and education. If you know who runs the QE2 Home Lottery, then it is easy to tell exactly what cause it supports. It is run by—and in aid of—the QE II Health Sciences Centre Foundation.

The winner receives a four-bedroom Lakefront Location home that is fully furnished by professional interior decorators and precision built to last for many years to come. The house has three stories and is located just outside of downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Cesah, the Centre for Satellite Navigation Hesse, is a competence centre for the application of space technologies such as satellite navigation in Darmstadt. Supported by public and private shareholders, cesah manages the ESA BIC Hesse & Baden-Württemberg and helps entrepreneurs with the technical improvement and realisation of new products. In addition, cesah is the official ‘Technology Broker’ for Germany commissioned by the European Space Agency .
